Cancellation Policy
At Wildflower Studio & Spa, your time is valuable—and so is ours. To ensure we can provide the best experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following cancellation policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% service charge.
No-Shows:
Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service may be shortened to respect the next guest’s appointment time, and the full service price will still apply.
Emergencies:
We understand that life happens. Please contact us as soon as possible if an emergency arises, and we will handle the situation with care and understanding.
